I'm not planning to switch onto PC gaming anytime soon but I'm about to buy a cheap laptop that won't run Skyrim or Fallout, I doubt it'll even run New Vegas because of the graphic card. I'm playing bethesda games on console since Oblivion and have bought every game since then with hard earned cash (Not Fallout 3, I stole it from a friend)(Yes I gave it back)
Do I have to buy the game again on pc to download the creation kit? That program doesn't require high system specs does it?
I was thinking about making mods on my laptop for the PS4 as I've heard it isn't too hard and I have some personal mod requests I'd try to make myself. Thanks!
