We reached out to Tony, to represent us as a buyer's agent, far in advance of when we actually needed a home. He was extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the area. He got to know our family and our situation quickly, which allowed him to narrow down possible home choices. That said, he was always flexible and willing to work with us even when we threw in a few curve balls. He treated each home showing very seriously and we went through each home thoroughly. When the time came to put in an offer, he was honest with us, which allowed him to be aggressive but reasonable as our agent.
